Standard Rates
North Island - $8
South Island - $14
Orders will be dispatched on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays. Any orders made during the weekend or public holidays will be dispatched on the next scheduled day.
Premium Performance Sports will not deliver to PO Boxes.
Delivery Promise
Premium Performance Sports take great pride in the quality of our service and our delivery partners. On the rare occasion that a delivery is delayed by the courier, this is our of Premium Performance Sports control and cannot be held responsible. However, we will endeavor to communicate any such delays with any and all deliveries.
Returns
Premium Performance Sports Ltd offer a returns policy allowing you a refund or exchange for any product that you wish to return within 7 days of receipt of your goods as long as the goods remain undamaged and in a saleable condition.
Goods should be returned to Premium Performance Sports in a well packaged box and include a covering note detailing your purchase with your name, address and copy of invoice. You will be responsible for the cost of returning the goods for exchange or refund. If a replacement or swap, such as different size, is required we will despatch the replacement goods free of charge.

Please take care when opening and if you do have to return the item it should be in the same condition in which you received it with all tags/wrappings/bags intact.
Product Faults/Warranties
If you find a fault with any of our products please return the item in a well packaged box and include a covering note detailing the fault, your name, address and copy of invoice. You will be responsible for the cost of returning the goods for inspection, however, if a fault is confirmed, then the cost of the return will be reimbursed. If a replacement of the same product is required we will dispatch it free of charge.
All racquets will need to be returned to us for inspection before a warranty is issued and a replacement sent out.
